HOW A SCHOOL MAGAZINE PUBLISHED

For the publication of a school magazine at first the Magazine Committee is formed. Next, the Editor is selected. A notice is then circulated inviting contributions from students and teachers. Various types of writings are then collected within a specific date. Writings, suitable for publication, are now sorted. The selected ones are thereafter edited with necessary additions and alterations. In the next stage a rough draft with all the writings and layouts is prepared. This rough draft is then sent to the printer. On received the proof- copies, a careful proof-reading is done. After that corrected copies are sent to the printer for a final print. The matters are now printed in the book form and bound. The magazine is finally published and distributed among students.
